Viviana joined MIRA in 2022 and currently serves as MIRA’s Volunteer and Field Outreach Specialist. She is passionate about connecting with people and helping build stronger, more engaged communities. As a Volunteer and Field Outreach Specialist, she enjoys creating meaningful relationships, supporting volunteers, and connecting community members with resources and opportunities that can make a difference in their lives.

Her work is driven by the belief that every person has the power to create positive change. Whether organizing outreach events, recruiting volunteers, or working directly with community members, she strives to create welcoming spaces where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to get involved.

Viviana practiced law in Bolivia and earned a Master’s of Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University.
