Maria Noemi Rendon
Maria (she/her/hers/ella) is a bilingual (Spanish-English) legal and administrative professional with over ten years of experience supporting immigrant and refugee communities, diplomatic consular services, and executive leadership teams. Prior to joining MIRA, she worked with the Immigration Court Helpdesk Program in Boston, where she conducted client intakes, managed sensitive immigration-related calls, and supported individuals navigating stressful court proceedings with empathy and care. Her background includes leadership roles at the Consulate of Chile in Ecuador, where she served as a Junior Chancellor and Notary Public, as well as extensive experience in nonprofit administration and executive support. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social communications and is currently pursuing a master’s in Communication, Marketing, and Business. Maria is passionate about social justice, immigration advocacy, environmental causes, and animal welfare. She brings warmth and dedication to every interaction. In her free time, she loves reading, karaoke, and she is writing her first romantic novel.
