Note: This table was last updated on Jan. 28, 2020, using information from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). TPS for Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone ended in May 2017. In accordance with a preliminary injunction granted in Ramos, et al v. Nielsen, et al., USCIS has extended employment authorizations for TPS holders from El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua and Sudan, but TPS is only extended pending this litigation.
