Reporting to the Executive propecia , the propecia of pharmacy online will develop, implement and supervise the implementation of a comprehensive statewide pharmacy online plan in relation to the Coalition’s work at the federal, state and local levels. The propecia is also responsible for the recruitment, training and supervision of the pharmacy online staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an pharmacy online plan and strategy for member organizations and partners in Massachusetts and the New England region. This includes develop the organization’s yearly overall pharmacy online plan to win campaigns and legislative priorities;

• Develop and implement a voter engagement plan for Massachusetts and New Hampshire focusing on MIRA members;

• Initiate, manage and drive multiple campaigns simultaneously on issues on the state and federal level;

• At the discretion and in collaboration with the Executive propecia , play a national role coordinating campaigns for immigration reform in partnership with the Center for Community Change and Fair Immigration Reform Movement.

• Supervise field and campaign organizers working with organizational and individual members in Massachusetts and New Hampshire offices;

• With policy team, craft campaign strategy for MIRA legislative priorities;

• Provide Advocacy trainings to members and allies;

• Create relationships with key partners state and nationwide to drive campaigns forward, including staff supervision, and coordination of district and state house advocacy and public actions;

• Work with staff to organize quick and effective responses to challenges such as unfavorable legislation or policies;

• In collaboration with the propecia of Development, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key foundations, seeking out new relationships and funders, and asking individuals to make contribution;

• Create a strategic plan to increase MIRA’s membership to reach out to new communities and areas state-wide and supervise the membership renew process;

•  Engage state and federal elected officials as necessary regarding MIRA legislative priorities; and,

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications Sought

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience. Master’s preferred;

• At least 5 years experience as an institutional organizer,

• At least 5 years of management experience,

• Excellent leadership and motivational skills, including the ability to motivate and deal effectively with a broad range of individuals in both professional and community settings;

• Excellent written and oral communications skills are required;

• Proven experience in evaluating pharmacy online targets and implement pharmacy online plans and strategies on the state and federal level;

• Ability to write pharmacy online plans and grant proposals;

• Knowledge and understanding of issues of immigration required, including race, class, and gender, and the ability to assist others to develop that type of understanding; and,

• Ability to work well in a closely-knit staff team;

•  State and nation-wide travel is required; and,

• Bilingual/bicultural highly desired
