MIRA works with its members and allies to improve immigrant and refugee access to health care in Massachusetts.  This includes monitoring the state's program covering newly arrived immigrants, the CommonwealthCare Bridge Program. Together with the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, Health Care for All and others, MIRA has also worked on several other areas vital to the mental and physical wellbeing of the state's foreign-born residents.
