Over the course of three-days, 475 attendees from across North America gathered in Boston, with a notable list of speakers from government, labor, academia and the nonprofit sector, including Governor Deval Patrick, Harvard Professor Robert Putnam, and U.S Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis.

In four keynote plenaries, the conference addressed the important integration gateways of naturalization, host communities, civic engagement and justice. 21 exciting strategy sessions featured voices and expertise from practitioners, researchers and policymakers, covering: professional re-credentialing, naturalization, public education, adult education, immigration reform, entrepreneurship, civic leadership, public safety, state and local initiatives, linguistic and cultural access, welcoming initiatives, financial access, urban revitalization, voting and naturalization, labor rights, fundraising, and current research.
